• Final Sales: Our approach involves a collaborative approval process for all print jobs, ensuring that your order aligns perfectly with your expectations. Due to this personalised and approved nature of our work, all orders are considered final upon printing. As such, we are unable to offer refunds for these finalised sales.

• Damages in Transit: We recognise that sometimes, orders may be damaged during shipping. To address this, we require photographic evidence of the damage. This step is crucial for us to proceed with any claims against the carrier. We will only initiate a reprint of your order once the carrier has confirmed that insurance will cover the costs. This policy ensures that we can address any issues effectively and continue to provide you with high-quality service.
